Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner of the page. Choose your role (Fan, Player, Coach, etc.) and follow the registration process. It takes less than a minute!
What roles are available?
LOEA supports multiple roles including Super Admin, Organization Admin, League Admin, Club Admin, Team Admin, Coach, Scout, Athlete/Player, Parent, and Fan. Each role has specific permissions and features.
How do I join a team?
Once registered as an Athlete, navigate to the 'Teams' section and click 'Join Team'. You can search for teams and submit a join request. The team admin will review and approve your request.
Leagues & Tournaments
How do I view league fixtures?
Register as a Fan to browse leagues and view fixtures. Navigate to the 'Leagues' section, select a league, and you'll see all scheduled matches with dates, times, and venues.
Can I create a league?
Yes! If you're an Organization Admin or League Admin, you can create leagues through the 'Leagues' section. Click 'Create League' and fill in the league details including format, season, and teams.
How are fixtures generated?
Fixtures are automatically generated based on the league format (round-robin, knockout, etc.), number of teams, and match days. League admins can customize the schedule using our fixture generation tool.
Teams & Players
How do I add players to my team?
As a Team Admin or Coach, go to your team page and click 'Add Players'. You can invite existing users or create new player profiles. Players can also request to join teams.
Can parents track their child's performance?
Yes! Parents with linked accounts can view their child's statistics, match history, training schedules, and performance metrics in real-time.
How do I manage team rosters?
Team Admins and Coaches have full access to manage rosters, including adding/removing players, assigning positions, and tracking player availability for matches.
Account & Settings
How do I change my password?
Go to your Profile settings and click on 'Change Password'. Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm.
Can I update my profile information?
Yes, you can update your profile information anytime from the Profile section. Changes are saved immediately and reflected across the platform.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support at support@loea.co.za if you wish to delete your account. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
